FAQ’s
Who works at the studio?
If you’re a bit nervous about coming to the studio, and would like to know who will be here whilst you’re getting tattooed, check out our ‘artists’ page in the tab above to read a little about Hannah and Chloe!
How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our website, the link on our socials or through the GetInk app directly - just search for TONA tattoo!
please be aware, both artists do not accept bookings through instant message or email, we have brought in the booking system to keep things simpole and straight forwards for both artits and client.
Can I rearrange my appointment?
You absolutely can!
just please give us more than 10 days notice, this allows us to prepare ourselves for missed work, and gives us more time to get another client to fill the space!
If you need to rearrange within this time or due to an illness, please refer to our terms and conditions, or pop us a message to discuss further.
Do you have parking at the studio?
As the studio is on a main street, we don’t have a designated parking area. although there are plenty of street parking surrounding the area in which you can park for free - just avoid those yellow lines!
If you are looking to travel by public transport, there is a train station in Aberdare, and you can either take a short 15 minute walk to the studio or there is a bus stop right outside us too!
If you require further assistance on bus stop names ect, please get in touch.
How can I pay for my tattoo?
We accept cash, bank transfer and paypal.
Cash is preferred where possible.
I have a design in mind but i’d like advice..
If you have a design or an idea, shoot us over an enquiry via our booking link and we can look at some possible designs best for you.
Designs are shown on the day, although if we are struggling on getting it perfect for you we will always seek out your advice and opinion - we always allow room on the day for small tweaks and adjustments.
When filling out an enquiry form, be sure to include every detail you’d like, the more the better!
Also, reference pictures are always a great help for inspiration of what you’d like :)
